So I had the pleasure of going to this school for both Basic and Masters.... when I tell you this school is amazing I mean that. My teachers were amazing(aside from one that is no longer there). Speaking to the level of education, I know for a fact they strive for excellence and their numbers speak for themselves. They prepared me so well that not only did I go solo right out school, but I never feared my state board testing.
Now to praise my role model a bit,
Jackie.... your an amazing presence to EI!! The education you give your students is above and beyond what your paid to do... Thank you for always showing up and giving us your all.

I had the pleasure to attend both my basic and master Esthetics program here. The staff & instructor’s go more than above and beyond to set every student up for success and to feel confident and comfortable in our studies & services. I’m so happy I found this school because I have had such an amazing experience here & feel very set to start in the real world. & Ms.Jackie , the Master instructor, is definitely the best teacher you will find in the DMV, she is highly educated and only wants to see her students succeed!

I took my basics at another school in Fairfax, VA. I was hesitant on coming here and not knowing anything about the community. Coming to The Esthetics Institute was the best decision I have ever made! I graduated feeling confident in my skills and education. I had the most knowledge master esthetics teacher in the DMV. Every teacher here is so welcoming and really pays attention to each and every student. You won't regret coming here as a student or a client!

I would recommend the Esthetic Institute to anyone that is deciding to pursue a career in esthetics. I've completed both my basic and master esthetician program here and I've had some of the best experiences, classmates, and instructors throughout my time here. The education that I've received here has set me up for success for years moving forward, and I'll always be thankful for the Esthetic Institute for helping assist me in pursuing my passions.

Please please run as far away from this school as you can. This school is the worst do not apply to the school. Do not go to the school. This school do not appreciate and value their teachers. They are unprofessional the back and staff is unprofessional. They don’t care about nobody but the money do not apply to the school. Do not go to the school. You will have the worse experience ever. They let one of the best teachers go and that was the worse mistake they could have ever made EI will not be the same without her being there she was very EDUCATED out of them all. She new what she was talking about and she never stirred us wrong They have play with this teacher t many time. She was having to step in and fill other classes because there teacher didn't know what she was doing or what she was talking about. They are a very over priced school with experience isnt worth it at all. The teachers dont know what they are doing or none of that. They are all shady and you cant trust and person in that school which is sad. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO THIS SCHOOL PLEASE FIND YALL ANOTHER SCHOOL TO GO TO.

When I say this is the only esthetics school you should consider in the area, I really mean it. EI as a whole is organized, professional, and really sets you up for success, unlike their competitors in the area. TRUST ME! I wish I went to EI for my basics because this school far exceeded my expectations. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Chelsea are the literal best and most knowledgeable teachers and role models I could ask for, and I couldn't be more grateful to them. Don't hesitate! You will be so happy you didn't!

If you’re thinking about becoming an Esthetician, this is the school you want! I have learned so much in 6 months, and i’m so happy that I made my decision with EI. Ms Jackie, and Ms Chelsea are the absolute best and will make you feel ready to begin your journey, as well as many other staff! I loved it here and you will too!!

I recently received a facial from Jatia which was absolutely phenomenal. Her attention to detail, patience, and knowledge she shared was impeccable. From the time she received me until my departure I felt completely at ease. The lest six months or so I have experienced a change in my skin and Jatia approached me with confidence and ease.
