Went here to get my nails done while on holiday to save time when I got home before I am a bridesmaid. Complete waste of time and actually caused more stress than not going at all because they need to be redone now the day before the wedding.

The French manicure is so rushed that it is too thick, wonky, and looks terrible - like squashy sweets! They are embarrassing.

To be fair, the acrylic nails were well put on and care was taken to ensure they were not too thick and they were the right length - this part 4/5 stars.
However:
1) The shape of the nails aren’t uniform - some almond (as asked for), some round, and some square. This, I could put up with.
2) The reason I have to redo - the super thick, not straight, wonky, non-uniform white tips on the French manicure. They look AWFUL.

I cannot go to the wedding like this. I wish I’d not bothered.

I had my treatments done by Ella. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, personable and a superb therapist. My facial analysis was expertly carried out by her and she explained to me how to confidently go forward with a facial regime that will benefit and protect my skin from sun damage and help with the effects of aging. Top girl!

I've been coming here for a few years and not been in for a year or so after covid etc, but regardless of the changeover of beauty therapists it's still such a lovely friendly place! Sad to know Shannon and Kasia are only here for another couple of weeks as they made me feel very welcome and made me laugh whilst I was having a pedicure. Beauty Chambers continues to be part of my routine when I'm out here, good treatments with lovely staff xx
