I cannot recommend Liza for gel nails and art. We always have great fun choosing the designs together. She always goes above and beyond to give me a perfect finish. I can't wait for Christmas styles soon

Worst salon I have ever been to! they seem very nice at first but it is all fake. I asked for a root touchup of my bleach blonde hair and was very clear with what I wanted. Not only did the results become very stripey and patchy but it didn’t even match the rest of my hair in terms of colour.
I contacted the hairdresser very kindly to ask for one small correction (instead of any big correction that it actually needed). I do not live here and was only here for a couple of days but I moved my train an extra day so that they would have time to fix one bad patch. The hairdresser was very uncooperative and said she didn’t have any time for me. They were not even ready to take 10 to 20 minutes to fix a tiny bit of their mistake.

Finally, they ended up agreeing that I come to the salon but they just made the mistake worse because she was very careless and pissed off. She also kept making passive aggressive comments while I was there but I just ignored it. Additionally, I had a coupon of €10 which they made a mistake with the payment and didn’t end up using (but I didn’t get the coupon back).

I was there once before and I didn’t make a negative review but I think it is also important to mention that the last time I was there she cut the left side 4 inches shorter than the right side. So I do not recommend this hair salon for cuts neither colours.

I’ve added a few examples of the splotchiness I mentioned.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my concerns, but I feel it’s important to clarify a few points regarding my experience.

First, after nearly an hour of discussion, the stylist finally agreed to correct the issue. I have WhatsApp messages to substantiate this, so I kindly request that you refrain from dismissing or undermining my experience.

I returned to your salon not out of loyalty but because I hoped you abilities in color would outweigh the previous issues I experienced with cuts. However, this was clearly not the case, and, during the correction, the stylist was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Unless you were in my seat at the salon, being the one reciving the passive aggressive comments, it is unfair to claim otherwise.

While I understand this is a family business and loyalty within the team is natural, dismissing customer feedback without due consideration reflects poorly on the salon's commitment to improvement.

Regarding the discount, this was not a personal loyalty card. It was a €10 coupon which was is not tied to any specific individual or conditions.

Lastly, I believe your good reviews may stem for the most part from long-term customers who are asked to leave positive feedback. While this may work for some, it does not excuse dismissing valid criticism from new or returning clients.

I urge you to work on improving your salon's service and professionalism.

Steffan has been cutting and colouring my hair for 6 years and I would not go anywhere else. Naomi has been doing my nails and in addition did micro blading and micro pigmentation on my eye brows ( WHICH I LOVE!) I have also had facials and Reiki with Sarah.
Hair visits are fun and friendly and Steffan's ideas and advice are always great!
Nail visits are like sitting down for coffee with a friend...and I get lots of compliments about my nails afterwards!
Sarah is a warm gentle presence and I often fall asleep in her sessions!
The salon goes above and beyond to make appointments which suit and all of the staff are very friendly.

I can't recommend Charley highly enough. She is extremely professional and always listens to exactly what you want and gives you a gentle nudge in the right direction if required. Charley is kind, patient and reassuring. Always a pleasure to visit the salon and never come away feeling disappointed.
